Os message markers may be used, at the discretion do pessoal de terra ou do oficial; as frases do Information Service são normally transmitidas de terra; as IMO VTS Guidelines recommend. Trocar isso por "sempre", "todas" ou "obrigatoriamente" é o erro que a banca planta.
