Critério usado. Dois blocos entraram inteiros e literais por serem rol fechado que a prova cobra palavra por palavra — a chamada nominal (B2/1.6) e as ordens de abandono (B2/1.7), mais a lista numerada de prioridade de resgate (B2/6.5). Do resto entrou: (a) a estrutura de cada emergência — o que se ordena e o que se relata, na ordem da fonte; (b) toda frase com número, prazo ou quantidade (… minutes, … hour(s), … tonnes, … degrees, Beaufort, UTC, in the next port, dois membros por equipe); (c) o par que a banca troca; (d) a condição que a fonte prende a uma frase (proximidade de outros pesqueiros não cabe aqui, mas cabem "search in vessel negative", "before ordered", "without permission", "in the next port"). Ficaram de fora as listas de locais genéricos ("in … space / on deck / …") quando repetem literalmente o que já apareceu.
Nada foi definido além do que a ordem diz. Onde a fonte apenas nomeia um equipamento dentro de uma ordem — harbour pin, sea anchor, slip gear, drain plug, inflation cord, line throwing apparatus —, este Resumo reproduz a ordem e o relato, e não descreve o objeto.
